1. How long are your shipping times?
We offer a wide selection of items. Typically items ship within 7 days of receiving your order. For customized products manufacturing times can be 10 - 14 days. Transit times vary depending on the carrier used.
NOTE: We are still noticing delays in the transit times with some carriers.
2. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on non-custom printed items. If you receive something that you decide you do not like, doesn't fit, or you no longer need, simply contact us and we will proceed with the return process. Unfortunately, all sales are final on sale items and custom printed products.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your order within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, custom printed products are non-cancellable.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order - if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us and we'll begin the return process including issuing a refund or replacement if needed.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact item you expected, just let us know and we'll get you what you ordered.
